You can access the apartment from 14.00 hours on the day you arrive.

Go to the office in Block 13 Upper Level. Here you will meet Sylvia, she looks after the day to day running of our apartment. Any problems you may have with the apartment – See Sylvia.

If we haven’t given you the keys before you leave the UK, you can pick up a set of keys up from Sylvia, during office hours 10.00 - 14.00. Please make sure she gets them back before you leave.

Out of hours, the keys will be with the security guard, he has an office by the main gate on C.Los Tilos
